From a hospitality student to being in the management of some of the most reputable establishments in the industry, it has brought me on an adventurous and exciting journey spanning from Europe, South-East Asia to, now, here in New Zealand.

Having worked in the back-of-house, floor operations to management, I currently lead the Food and Beverage department but also enjoy learning from the different departments and entities that work together to deliver exceptional services and extend market influence.
