Over the past 20 years Lindsey has worked across several industries from FMCG to public and private health sector and worked in several countries including the UK, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. These experiences have given her valuable insight into understanding a range of organisational cultures and customer behaviours and how to communicate successfully in the world of business on a local, regional, national, and global scale.

Lindsey is no stranger to Customer Service Delivery, her organisation has built on it and is even in the name, Human Experience (Humanex) Customer Excellence is at the heart of every decision they make. Lindsey is co-founder of a purposely driven, values-based organisation who are passionate about improving the mental wellbeing of our people in Aotearoa.
